Run Your Hotel is a European hotel logistics partner. We support renovations, rebrandings and full operational transitions for hotels. From removing and reinstalling FF&E to warehousing and second-life reuse, we operate where precision, speed and reliability matter most.

To strengthen our field team, we are looking for Operations Crew Members who want to work hands-on on hotel projects across the Netherlands and Europe. In this role, you are employed directly by Run Your Hotel.

What you will do

You work on-site at hotels during renovations, refurbishments and transitions. Together with our teams, you remove existing furniture, install new FF&E, prepare rooms and public areas, and ensure everything is delivered according to plan. You support loading and unloading, internal transport, protection of floors and assets, unpacking and placement of furniture, and basic assembly where required. You work according to a clear project briefing and report to the on-site project lead.

You represent Run Your Hotel at the client’s location. Your work, attitude and communication define how we are perceived.

What we expect from you

You are physically fit and willing to work in an operational environment. You are reliable, punctual and take responsibility for your part of the job. You understand that working in hotels requires discipline, care and respect for the environment.

Experience in logistics, moving, installation, construction support or hotel projects is an advantage, but not mandatory. A driving licence is required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings or short international assignments is important. You work structured. You follow instructions. You signal issues early. You do not cut corners.
