Harmony is our Data and AI platform for hotel asset management and logistics control. It connects room-level inventory, warehousing, reuse flows and operational data into one structured environment. Harmony automates where possible. But not everything can or should be automated.

For the tasks our AI cannot handle yet, we are hiring a Personal Assistant. This is a role for someone who operates with precision, structure and discretion. You function as the operational extension of the leadership team.

What you will do

You support the founders and platform leads in day-to-day coordination. This includes agenda management, inbox triage, document preparation, contract administration and follow-up on action lists. You monitor workflows inside Harmony. When data is incomplete, inconsistent or unclear, you intervene. You contact suppliers, clients or internal team members to close gaps. You ensure that what enters the system is correct, structured and usable.

You prepare reports, summaries and briefings. You support tender processes, onboarding of new clients and structured documentation of projects. You are the human control layer on top of automation.

What we expect from you

You are structured, detail-oriented and calm under pressure. You understand digital tools and are comfortable working in SaaS tools, MVPs, AI assistants, shared drives and collaborative dashboards. You can write clearly in English. You are discreet with sensitive information. You understand that data quality and process discipline are not administrative details, but strategic assets.

Experience as a secretary, management assistant or virtual assistant is relevant. Affinity with technology, data or AI-driven workflows is important.
